New Delhi, Jan 14 : The president of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), Dushyant Dave, resigned from his post with immediate effect on Thursday, saying he has forfeited his right to continue.
In a letter, Dave said the tenure of the executive committee of the SCBA has already come to an end and it may not be possible to hold virtual elections as per the schedule due to the reservations held by some lawyers.
