According to the Excise Department, Kelvin testified that he sold drugs to celebrities, students, software employees and hotels.
The excise department said that the SIT team had given notice to many and questioned them.The SIT team had examined and analyzed all kinds of evidence and found no strong evidence against the celebrities.Kelvin’s statements about celebrities are not credible, and Kelvin’s testimony against celebrities seems to mislead the investigation, said ED officials.
The Excise Department said that the accused statement alone could not be considered as strong evidence.Also, they said that director Puri Jagannath and actor Tarun had also given bio-samples voluntarily.
