Telugu Desam Party’s flagship scheme, Loan Waiver for farmers is finally taking shape.The government have almost come to an end of the identification of beneficiaries of this scheme.
As per reports Runa Mafi List of farmers for AP Crop Loan Waiver Scheme will likely be announced next week.
Today AP government has submitted the lists of eligible farmers for loan waiver to planning commission.
The government has decided to submit 20 % of loan waiver amount straight to farmers’ accounts in banks.
According to reports, 62 Lakh families are going to be benefited under the ambit of this loan waiver.
By evening of Nov 20, the exact number of beneficiaries will be made known from National information Centre.
This data will be uploaded online by the end of this month by correcting mistakes if any and the government is planning to make the beneficiaries list public from Dec 1 st in bank branches and panchayat offices.
Farmers can complain to the officials about any discrepancies and get them resolved.Once the final list is confirmed the government is planning to waive of the promised 1.5 Lakh per family in 5 stages.
After coming to power, there is tremendous pressure on Chandra Babu to deliver it even though the state is reeling under the pressure of bifurcation.He announced to waive off loans up to 1.5 Lakhs per family which will make 97.6% families in the state debt-less.Government has worked tooth and nail, day and night on the list to prepare the eligible families.
