Patna/New Delhi New Delhi, 6 Sep : As Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is in Delhi to have discussions with opposition politicians, the former Union Minister and JD-U leader R.C.P.Singh has demanded he present a “White Paper’ to his “Janata Darbars”. “People of Bihar need to be aware of the costs of Janata Darbar and its benefits from Nitish Kumar.He has been running Janata Darbars for years.
He should be able to provide more details of the results.Nitish Kumar must also submit an White Paper on it,” he said.

BJP OBC Morcha national General Secretary Nikhil Anand claimed: “Only 5-10% problems will be addressed in Janata Darbars of Nitish Kumar.The actual purpose of Janata Darbar is to deceive the public in Bihar.Since 2010, the fear of red tape has increased in Bihar which is where bureaucrats aren’t listening to the Chief Minister and they don’t pay attention to ministers or legislators.”
In the meantime, Nitish Kumar flared up in response to a query about the points made by R.C.P.Singh following his conversation with CPI chief D.Raja.
Attacking R.C.P.Singh, he said: “Who got him into politics.He was a mere IAS officer.I appointed him as my personal secretary and and gave him my own position of the national president of the party, but he was taken over by the of BJP.We (people) know the situation of our party back then.He has weakened my party.There is no reason to what he is saying.”
