Lucknow 13th September : A worker was killed and four others wounded following the closure of an unfinished forensics institute fell down in Lucknow, Lucknow’s capital city.Sarojini Nagar, Police said. The incident occurred the evening of Monday.
The person who was killed is identified as Akram a.k.a.Anwar Ali.He was taken to the trauma center located at King George’s Medical University where he died during treatment.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has appointed an all-three-member committee consisting of the Principal Secretary, Additional Director General, and Chief Engineer of the Public Works department to investigate the incident.
He also instructed the officials to pay compensation to the family of Akram.
Police have said that the identity of those who were injured is yet to be established.
