Mumbai 22 August : Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha who last appeared in the film “Bhuj: The Pride of India’, has begun filming her next movie, a thriller titled “Nikita Roy and Book of Darkness’, in London.She will be sharing the screen with Paresh Rawal and Suhail Nayyar in the film.This film is her brother’s, Kussh S.Sinha’s first directorial venture and is the first big-screen collaboration of the Sinha siblings.
When asked about the process of starting with the film’s shooting, Sonakshi said in a statement: “I could barely wait for this day.My brother Kussh is finally directing his debut film as director.It’s an event of great joy and excitement for everyone of us in the family.I’m also thrilled by being able to say that my husband is going to be directing me in the same film both of us have enjoyed in our own capacities.”
The town of Watford is located 15 miles to the northwest of Central London, on the River Colne, was the first location for filming of the team.The film will be shot over the course of 40 days.
The crew is now moving to a new base and shoot in several of beautiful places in the UK.
Sonakshi added: “We’ve waited a long time to find something that connects with each of us and appeals to both of our sense of creativity as creative people.The day is here and we’re beginning an adventure that will extend into a variety of films that will be rewarding for all involved.”
“Nikita Roy and The Book of Darkness’ is produced by Nicky Vicky Bhagnani Films, Kratos Entertainment, Kinjal Ghone of Nikita Pai Films and Dinesh Gupta of Murliwale Pictures.
The film is scheduled to be released in 2023.
