Telugu Desam Party already applied with the Police Department for necessary permissions. The big question is if the Government will grant the Permission.

It is evident that YSR Congress Party Chief and Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy does not want the Opposition leaders on the ground before the elections. That is the significant reason for Chandrababu’s arrest in a flimsy case.

And then, earlier this week, CID filed a Petition in the ACB Court naming Nara Lokesh as A14 in the Inner Ring Road case.It is clear that the Government wants to arrest Lokesh as well mainly to make sure there is no leadership to the TDP.

So, there are doubts that the Government would give him permission to resume the Padayatra. One option would be to arrest him as soon as he lands in Andhra Pradesh.

Going by dramatic turn of events, that can not be ruled out.

But then, these things will show Jagan Mohan Reddy as very weak and someone who can not face the elections with Opposition leaders hitting the ground.
