Bhopal 27 August : Bajrang Dal members on Saturday staged a demonstration against the offering of Namaz by a group of Muslim people in the DB City Mall here, declaring that if the practice is kept up, they will be reciting Hanuman Chalisa in the mall.A video that has surfaced on social media platforms shows how Bajrang Dal activists were seen protesting against the crowd of men selling Namaz in Bhopal’s largest mall.
The protesters stated that they “caught between 10-12 individuals offering Namaz”.
Bajrang Dal Vibhag Sanyojak Abhijeet Rajput who was the leader of the protesters and a spokesperson for the protesters, declared: “We have been getting information over the last month that there were people selling Namaz in the second level of DB Mall.We visited the location today and recorded around 10-12 individuals offering Namaz.”
He stated that Bajrang Dal had raised an objection to the matter with the DB Mall management, but no official was present.
“We talked to the security director of the mall and urged that they must stop the practice or the Bajrang Dal members will recite Hanuman Chalisa and Sundar Kand,” Rajput added.
