New Delhi, Aug 31 : Meta (formerly Facebook) on Wednesday announced that it removed more than 25 million pieces of content across 13 policies for Facebook and more than 2 million pieces of content in 12 policies on Instagram in July.of July in conformity with the IT Rules 2021.
Between July 3 and 1, Meta received 626 reports through the Indian grievance procedure for Facebook and took action on 100% of these reports.

“Of these reports we have provided tools to users to solve their problems in 603 cases” the company stated.
