Actors Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan, who are good friends, recently had a playful exchange on Instagram.Varun posted a photo of himself cooling off in a swimming pool while wearing red shorts and pink sunglasses.
Janhvi playfully teased Varun, saying that the sunglasses were too small for him, and Varun joked that he had stolen them from a child.Fans found their banter hilarious.
Varun and Janhvi will be co-starring in an upcoming film called ‘Bawaal’, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, which is set to release on October 6.The film was originally supposed to release in April, but it has been delayed due to technical requirements.‘Bawaal’ is the first time the two actors will be seen on screen together.The film was shot in Lucknow and Amsterdam.
In addition to ‘Bawaal’, Varun will also be appearing in the Indian version of ‘Citadel’, a series created by Raj and DK and written by Sita R Menon along with Raj & DK.The series also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu.Varun is excited to be part of the franchise, saying that it is a landmark moment in his career.He is a big fan of the creators and is looking forward to shooting the Indian chapter of the series.
On the other hand, A new Telugu film called NTR30 (working title), directed by Kortala Siva and starring Jr NTR, had its opening ceremony on March 23rd in Hyderabad.Janhvi Kapoor, the film’s leading lady and a Bollywood actress, attended the event along with other industry bigwigs like SS Rajamouli and Prashanth Neel.This film is being produced by NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts, and marks Janhvi Kapoor’s debut in the South Indian film industry.
