Chandrababu Arrest : ACB Court Adjourns Call Data Petition

In a recent development, former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidus arrest last month by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in connection with the AP Skill Development scam has sparked a debate.

While ruling party leaders assert that the arrest was conducted following proper procedures, TDP leaders argue that it is politically motivated.

Following Naidus arrest, the TDP turned their attention to the call data of the CID officers.A petition was subsequently filed in court to preserve this call history.

Today, the ACB Court in Vijayawada convened to hear this petition but adjourned the proceedings until tomorrow. After careful consideration of arguments from both sides, the court deemed it necessary to adjourn the hearing.
