The entire Telugu film industry and many a politicians visited Annapurna Studios to pay their last respects to legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao, who succumbed to cancer on Wednesday.But Nagarjuna’s first wife and hero Naga Chaitanya’s mother Lakshmi Daggubati gave the funeral a miss.
Lakshmi is the first wife of Akkineni Nagarjuna and sister of hero Venkatesh, producer Suresh Babu, and daughter of Dr D.Ramanaidu.Interestingly all three attended the funeral.Some more noted celebs also missed the event .Nandamuri Balakrishna missing from paying homage to ANR.It was said that he is reportedly out of station on some official work with regard to his Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital Mega power star Ram Charan also missing at the homage paying ceremony.But, he has reportedly passed a condolence message apologizing for his absence due to out of station.Even noted directors like RGV, Puri Jagannath , Krishna Vamsi, Harish Shankar and V.V Vinayak were also seen missing due to reasons best known to them
