Mumbai 4th of September : After creating music for Aanand L.Rai’s “Good Luck Jerry,” Parag Chhabra has joined the board for his upcoming production “An Action Hero,” featuring Ayushmann Khurrana as well as Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead roles.In a statement about the reunion Aanand stated: “It really astonishes me the amount of confidence and clarity Parag conveys in his compositions at this beginning of his career.I believe he is one of the few composers with whom Hindi music is likely to witness the beginning of an era of new beginnings.”
Born and raised in Indore, Parag is well-known for his compositions for films like “Mom,” “Mohenjo Daro and ‘Viceroy house together with A.R.Rahman.
The work with Aanand, he said it’s a blessing for him and is an amazing chance.”Working with Anand Sir has been a tremendously satisfying experience for me,” Parag said.”I was extremely fortunate to have someone of his stature put his trust and faith in me and grant me the liberty to make creative choices.”
“He inspires young talent with constant guidance and helps them to steer their careers in the right direction, without limit their creativity.He is a gifted musician with a powerful sense of melodic sound and a sharp intuition to the music, which will be of great assistance in shaping the whole album,” Parag added.
The film is directed by Anirudh Iyer, ‘An Action Hero was produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Aanand L Rai.The film is scheduled to be released on the 2nd of December.
