The lack of beds and ventilators for corona patients in Hyderabad hospitals is raising concerns.In the wake of this, the city police have taken strict measures to curb the spread of corona in the city.
Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat said that the second wave of the corona was spreading at a faster pace and advised people to be extremely careful.According to government regulations, everyone must wear a mask and cases will be registered against those who do not wear a mask along with a fine of Rs.1000.
Mahesh Bhagwat warned that police are filing cases based on CCTV cameras under the Rachakonda Commissionerate.
He said that they are identifying the people without masks, registering cases, and are imposing fines.He said cases were registered against 832 people who did not wear masks yesterday.
Police also said they were raising awareness among the public on the spread of corona.
