Despite doctors’ pleas, Trump arrives at the White House and says ‘Don’t be afraid of COVID’.
Still infectious, the US President Donald Trump has dramatically arrived at White House taking his mask off.Reportedly, he rejected the pleas of all doctors of Walter Reed Medical Centre and said he is well enough to go anywhere.
After he gave poses to media at White House by taking his mask off, he posted a video message for the Americans on his Twitter.
“I just left Walter Reed Medical Centre and its really something very special; the doctors, the nurses and the first responders and I learn so much about Coronavirus.And one thing that for certain, don’t let it dominate you! don’t be afraid of it! you can beat it.You have the best medical equipment; we have the best medicines; all are developed recently and you can beat it.Two days ago, I felt great like better than 20 years ago, don’t let it take over your lives, don’t let that happen, we are the greatest country in the world.We’re going back.We’re going back to work.We’re gonna be out front.As your leader, I had to do that.
I knew there’s a danger to it, but I had to do it, nobody that’s a leader would not do what I did.I know there’s a risk, there’s a danger.That’s OK.And now I’m better, and maybe I’m immune? I don’t know.But don’t let it dominate your lives.Get out there, be careful, the vaccines are coming momentarily” said the 45th US President thanking the Walter Reed Medical Centre crew.
Trump has done this recklessly citing there is no danger even though America has been the worst-hit country of COVID, several comments across all the social platforms ignited funny and outrageous comments.
