Mythri Movie Makers’ have long back announced a film with Prabhas, which will be helmed by Pathaan director Siddharth Anand.Prabhas-Siddharth Anand film was supposed to go on floors in this year.
Prabhas fans too were excited about this project.
But now everything has changed.
Siddharth Anand is in high demand in Bollywood after the record-breaking success of ‘Pathaan’.Mythri Movie Makers’ Naveen Yerneni even traveled to Mumbai to congratulate Siddharth Anand on the success of “Pathaan.”
In a turn of events, the happening director has announced another film.He has now signed on to direct “Tiger VS Pathaan,” a film starring Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.Yash Raj Films will bankroll it.The production will begin in January 2014.As a result, Siddharth Anand will not be able to direct a Prabhas film until 2025.
Siddharth Anand is currently directing the action drama ‘Fighter,’ starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone.
Prabhas’s schedule is jam-packed with projects such as Project K, Maruthi’s Film, Salaar, and Spirit.As things currently stand, Prabhas and Siddharth Anand’s film will not be materialised anytime soon.
