With the whole country being under lockdown and the theatres not opening from the last few months, many star actors have shown their interest to act in content made for the OTT platforms which could be in the form of a web film or web series.In Bollywood, this trend has already been started and we have seen many star heroes acting in web series off late. Now the latest news is that ‘Mahanati’ fame Nag Ashwin is all set to make a web series.It is being said that Nag Ashwin will be producing and providing script for this series that will be made on a big scale.
This web series will comprise a total of 10 episodes.
Another interesting news is that Tollywood hunk Rana Daggubati and star heroine Shruti Hassan will be acting in this series which is going to be released on the popular OTT platform Netflix.
News is also that the series is said to be in the thriller genre and the shooting will begin very soon.
On the work front, Nag Ashwin has recently announced a Pan India sci-fi thriller with Prabhas.
Rana is currently working on ‘Virata Parvam’ while he also has ‘Aranya’ which is ready for release.Shruti Hassan will be seen opposite Pawan Kalyan in his comeback film ‘Vakeel Saab’ and also has Ravi Teja’s ‘Krack’.Stay tuned for more updates!
