Prabhas, known for his role in the upcoming movie Salaar, recently disappeared from Instagram. His Instagram profile vanished without any prior notice or explanation.
Many speculate it could be the work of a hacker or Prabhas himself deactivating his account. The true reason remains uncertain.
Prabhas maintains his presence on Facebook, with his last post still indicating Salaar’s release date on December 22.Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, directed by Prashant Neel and starring Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruthi Haasan, was initially set for a mid-2023 release.Delays in editing and VFX pushed the release date, but it’s now confirmed for December 22.
However, this release date poses challenges due to stiff competition. In December, with Christmas approaching, several major films are scheduled to release.Shah Rukh Khan’s film “Dunki,” announced before “Pathaan,” eyes a Christmas release.
It marks Khan’s first collaboration with director Rajkumar Hirani.Additionally, Dhanush and Arun Matheswaran’s film is expected around the same time, promising action and emotional connections.
For those who are not aware Prabhas made his Tollywood debut in 2002 and has starred in several successful films since then, including Varsham, Chatrapathi, Darling, Mr.Perfect, and Mirchi. He won the Nandi Award for Best Actor for his performance in Mirchi. But it was his role as Baahubali in the Baahubali franchise that made him a global superstar.
Prabhas is currently one of the most sought-after actors in Indian cinema and is working on several big-budget films.
On the whole, Prabhas’ Instagram disappearance remains a mystery, but his movie Salaar is set for a December 22 release. It faces strong competition from Shah Rukh Khan’s “Dunki” and Dhanush’s upcoming film.
