New Delhi, Sep 13 : HMD Global, the maker of Nokia phones on Tuesday, announced the first feature phone with 4G — the Nokia 5610 XpressAudio — in India that is equipped with wireless earbuds that are built-in to the phone.Priced at Rs 4,999 the feature phone’s new model is available on the official website.
It will also be available in all offline and online stores starting on September 19.
“The Nokia 5710 XpressAudio is the latest model in the Nokia Classics portfolio.The phone offers audio freedom with a innovative design.” Sanmeet Singh Kochhar Vice President of HMD Global-India as well as MENA stated in an announcement.
“Nokia 5710 XpressAudio was specifically designed for music lovers and the millions of people who depend on feature phones to keep up with their daily communication and are witnessing the rapid takeover by 4G of 3G and 2G networks.” he added.
The company said that its latest phone is equipped with 1450mAh battery that provides hours of playback and talk time, and can last for weeks of standby.
The wireless earbuds can be detached for on convenience, and when they’re not in use, they are tucked away under a sleek and robust slider that is located on the back of the phone, the company stated.
It will also work with the smartphone in case you want to switch between the two, according to the report.
The feature phone is available in black/red and white/red colour combinations.
