The much-awaited Tollywood movie “Guntur Kaaram,” starring Mahesh Babu, is set to release during Sankranthi next year.The film’s creators have revealed the release date for its first song.
Initially, there were rumors that the first song would be released on Dussehra, but now it seems it will be unveiled as a birthday gift to Trivikram on November 7.The entire shooting for “Guntur Kaaram” will be completed by the first week of December.
This film is eagerly anticipated by Mahesh Babu’s fans as it reunites him with director Trivikram, who last worked together in the 2010 movie “Khaleja.” “Guntur Kaaram” promises to be an action-packed drama with a stellar cast, including Jayaram, Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Jagapathi Babu, and Ramya Krishna.
Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, this marks their third collaboration.Haarika and Hassine Creations is producing the film.Sreeleela has taken on the primary female lead role, while Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the second female lead due to scheduling conflicts with the original choice, Pooja Hegde.
The movie features music by S Thaman and is shot by cinematographer Ravi K.Chandran.“Guntur Kaaram” explores the life of a crime lord in Guntur City and his romantic involvement with a journalist investigating the city’s secrets.It’s scheduled to hit theaters on January 13 next year.
Mahesh Babu’s previous film, “Sarkaru Vaari Paata,” was a massive success, earning Rs 187 crore worldwide.After “Guntur Kaaram,” he is expected to collaborate with SS Rajamouli for an international adventure film, tentatively titled “SSMB29,” with discussions ongoing about casting an extensive ensemble, possibly including Deepika Padukone.
