Telugu lady Sobitha Dhulipala who has managed to captivate the Telugu audience with her performance in Adivi Sesh’s ‘Goodachari’ has acted in a couple of Hindi projects too.Now, the actress has shared a piece of good news with all of us.The beauty is going to make her Hollywood debut very soon and the film has been sold out for a large amount to the major OTT platform Netflix and fans are awaiting the film to be released soon.
Her Hollywood debut movie, ‘Monkey Man’ is touted to be an action thriller while famous Indo American actor Dev Patel is the director of the film and is bankrolled by Patel along with Thunder Road’s Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee, Jomon Thomas, Samarth Sahni, Christine Haebler and Anjay Nagpal.
Dev Patel will be playing the lead role in the film too and according to the reports, Netflix has reportedly acquired the worldwide rights of the movie by paying $30M.
Speaking about the film in a recent interview, Sobhita said that she had auditioned for the role almost five years ago and got a call back within a few days to do a screen test and the shooting of this film started way back in 2018.Other than that, Sobitha Dulipala will be seen in Adivi Sesh’s upcoming project ‘Major’ which will be coming out on 2nd July and she is known well for performance in films like ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’, ‘Ghost Stories’ and the web series ‘Made in Heaven’.
