Chandrababu, the leader of the Telugu Desam Party, is preparing for a massive purge.With just two months to go before the polls, leaders are urging the party to take the party to the masses from now on and engage in public struggles on local issues to narrow down the YCP government.
Babu has repeatedly said that public sentiment against the YCP government has waned compared to the past, and that every leader and activist should take the same opportunity to work towards strengthening the TDP.
Babu is also planning to tour the district soon.Lokesh is planning a bicycle trip with him.Meanwhile, Babu has recently replaced a large number of party posts.
New presidents were appointed, especially by parliamentary constituencies.Under their auspices the TDP planned to conduct programs within that Parliament.
However, Babu was angered by the fact that most of the constituency in-charges, except for a few, did not take any initiative to organize party functions and did not show much interest in co-ordinating the party leaders in their respective constituencies.
While some of the TDP parliamentary in-charges in the 25 parliamentary constituencies in AP are doing well, others are acting as if they do not care.
