Stylish Star Allu Arjun has been currently busy with the shooting of ‘Pushpa’ with Rashmika Mandanna playing the female lead and is being directed by Sukumar.The movie’s shooting is going rapidly since they recently had to pack their bags after a few crew members few tested positive for the novel COVID-19 and had to stay in self-isolation.
The shooting has now resumed and it is seen that Sukumar is trying his best in these hard times to finish the schedules on time.
The crew have recently come to Hyderabad for a shooting schedule and have wrapped up.So far, the team has managed to finish two schedules and reportedly will shift back to Maredumilli in January to commence their next schedule.However, so far the makers have failed to find a replacement for the antagonist, Vijay Sethupathi who had to walk out of the film due to a clash in dates.
As we all know, Sukumar is very particular and detail-oriented and hence, after having several choices, he has now decided upon Tamil actor Arya to play the role of the lead antagonist.The upcoming schedule might be a lengthy schedule according to sources and will extend for a month in Maredumilli since the atmosphere and vibe have to be perfect.
This rural drama is buzzed to be based on sandalwood smuggling and Mythri Movie Makers are producing this film while DSP is giving the music.After ‘Varudu’ doing not so well at the box office for the Arjun-Arya duo, let’s see how Pushpa will turn out to be.Stay tuned for more updates!
