Mumbai 6 September : actor Amit Sadh, well-known for his roles in the streaming series ‘Breathe as well as the Bollywood film ‘Kai po Che Recently, he turned down the offer to endorse an alcohol company because he isn’t looking to upset his fans.When asked about his thoughts on the issue, Amit said, “I am a fan and my fans.
I am not able to do anything that could cause harm to their feelings or result in any sort of harm.I am also opposed to promoting a brand that could turn into an addiction or a harmful habit rather than benefiting consumers.”
In reminiscing about an event from his past, the actor stated, “I remember doing a digital advertisement last year, and the manner of it been a bit offensive to a few of the supporters of mine.I quickly decided to not be involved in anything that could harm them, and I also decided not to support any alcohol brands.So, when I saw this particular brand made an offer me a chance to speak, I knew what I wanted to say.”
Recently, there were some controversy over actors who endorse various health-related brands.While some stars were criticized for promoting the Pan Masala brand, other actors were criticized for signing various tobacco brands.
