Amaravthi IRR Case : AP High Court adjourns Naidu’s bail plea Nov 7

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has opted to postpone the hearing on the anticipatory bail plea related to the Inner Ring Road case.

This case pertains to the construction of the Amaravati ring road.

Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), had previously submitted an anticipatory bail plea for this matter.The High Court, in response, issued an order urging against any immediate arrests linked to the case.

The court has now rescheduled the hearing for November 7th.Moreover, the High Court had earlier placed a hold on the PT warrant trial in the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) court.This suspension of proceedings in the ACB court has been extended until November 7th.Meanwhile, Chandrababu Naidus appearance in the ACB Court today for the Fibernet case was postponed, as the Supreme Court has extended his bail until Friday.The CID has also presented a memorandum in court, stating that the Supreme Court has slated the anticipatory bail plea hearing in the Fibernet case for Friday.

Similarly, Naidus Special Leave Petition (SLP) concerning the quashing of the Skill Development case was also addressed, with the verdict set to be delivered on Friday.".
