A puja function on the occasion of Navratri was attended by many famous actors from different sectors of Indian cinema yesterday.Among them were the father-son duo of Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya, who met Kriti Sanon at the event.
A video of their interaction shows them greeting each other warmly and having a brief conversation.Kriti Sanon also exchanges pleasantries with Nagarjuna, who was accompanying his son.
Kriti Sanon made her debut in Telugu cinema with the 2014 Mahesh Babu film, 1: Nenokkadine.She then entered Hindi cinema with Heropanti, co-starring Tiger Shroff.
In 2015, she worked with Naga Chaitanya in the crime-comedy film Dohchay, directed by Sudheer Varma of Ravanasura fame.The film also featured Brahmanandam, Ravi Babu, Posani Krishna Murali, and Pooja Ramachandran in supporting roles.The music was composed by Sunny MR.The film received average reviews and box office collections.
Naga Chaitanya and Kriti Sanon have different projects lined up for their future.
Naga Chaitanya recently appeared in the Hindi film Lal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan in the lead role.
He also acted in the Telugu-Tamil bilingual film Custody, directed by Venkat Prabhu of Maanadu fame.The film had Aravind Samy and Krithi Shetty as the other lead actors.
The film failed to impress the critics and the audience.Naga Chaitanya’s next film is an action thriller, directed by Chandoo Mondeti of Karthikeya 2 fame.
Sai Pallavi is the female lead in this film.
Kriti Sanon was seen in the Hindi film Ganapath, a dystopian action film with Tiger Shroff as the main lead.She is also expected to star in a robotic romance film with Shahid Kapoor, which is yet to be titled.She has another film in the pipeline, The Crew, where she will share screen space with Tabu and Kareena Kapoor.
