Akshay Kumar and Ananya Panday are currently in Delhi for the shooting of the upcoming biopic on C.Sankaran Nair, directed by Karan Singh Tyagi.After touring across India for the film, the actors have now set their base in Delhi to complete the remaining shoot schedule.
Recently, Kumar was seen shooting near Jama Masjid in Old Delhi, and later in the day, Panday joined him.Now, they are heading to Haryana for a four-day shoot.In Delhi, they have a busy schedule planned, including visits to iconic locations like the Red Fort, Sunder Nursery, and colleges in the North Campus area.
According to a source, the filming in Delhi began with a small portion shot in Old Delhi.The major sequences will be completed in the Rewari area of Haryana.
Specifically, they will be shooting at the Rewari Railway Station and the Rewari Railway Heritage Museum.
The film’s crew is capturing the essence of the national capital by showcasing the historic charm of Old Delhi, followed by scenes at the Red Fort, the beauty of Sundar Nursery’s vegetation, and the vibrancy of the Delhi University area.
Despite the scorching summer in Delhi, most of the scenes will be filmed during the day.The team, however, seems to be enjoying their time in the city without worrying about the weather.
Apart from this project, Akshay Kumar has several exciting films lined up.He will be seen alongside Sonakshi Sinha and Tiger Shroff in “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.” Additionally, he is working on the sequel to “Oh My God” and will be starring alongside Radhika Madan in the Hindi version of “Soorarai Pottru.”
