The Telangana wing of Congress is also confident of repeating Karnataka-like election performance. We are also hearing reports that Priyanka Gandhi would campaign for the party here as Telangana would go for general elections in a few months.

If this happens, then it would be a big boost for T-Congress.

Amid this, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) chief Revanth Reddy made some crucial comments.

He urged the leaders to come together to work for the party and also asked the leaders who left the party to return back to the fold.He expressed his confidence that Congress would come to power in Telangana and at the Centre as well.

Not just the leaders who left the Congress party, Revanth Reddy also urged leaders who joined the Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party to join the Congress. He said that there is an ideological difference between BJP and people like Vivek Venkatswamy, Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, Etela Rajender, and Jupally Krishna Rao and hence they should join Congress.

Revanth Reddy went on to say that he is ready to make any sacrifices for the party and those who left the party in anger should return to the fold so that everyone can work together to make it stronger. He also said that KCR and Narendra Modi are not different.

While there was no response from other leaders, Rajagopal Reddy spurned the offer of Revanth Reddy. He denied the reports that appeared in a section of reports that he was contemplating quitting the BJP and returning to the Congress.

“Revanth Reddy made big money through blackmailing by obtaining documents through Right to Information Act.How can I work under him?” he asked. He, however, admitted that some friends, after the Karnataka elections, had advised him to return to the Congress.

“But I won’t do that.

Just because the Congress won in Karnataka, there is no guarantee that it will win in Telangana as well,” he said.Rajagopal also refuted the reports that quoted him as saying that the BJP would not come to power at the Centre.
