Aiming to provide better and quality solutions to grievances pertaining to welfare schemes and government services, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has virtually launched a ground-breaking Jaganannaku Chebudaam-1902 toll-free number at his camp office on Tuesday.
As part of the new initiative, people having any personal grievances in receiving YSR Pension Kanuka, getting ration card and any other problems in receiving government services pertaining to farmers, women, senior citizens can directly call the toll-free number ‘Jaganannaku Chebudaam’ @ 1902.
This new grievance program will co exist along with Spandana.
CM Jagan said that during his padayatra, he has seen the lack of solutions to the problems of people.
Jagan revealed that 90 to 95 percent of the problems in the state are due to human error and if the government is fair, there will be a solution to such problems.CM Jagan said that many programs have been undertaken to reach more people.
He said that revolutionary steps have been taken to bring a system where there is no end to discrimination.As a part of that, the Spandana program was implemented.
Jagan stated that he is starting a program to tell Jagananna to be better than Spandana.
Any person from Andhra Pradesh can call to this number and register their complaints.
If they are not receiving funds from welfare schemes, ration card issues, revenue problems and anything else, they can call and complain.They will be given Your Service Request ID, and a team will follow up on their complaint.
CM Jagan has established Project Monitoring Unit to monitor progress of the complaints.He will be given reports from time-to-time directly.
CM Jagan wants this program to be a huge success to help people solve their problems.
CM Jagan has asked ministers, MLAs and party workers to be actively participating in this program.
CM Jagan stated that even after trying to everything in a planned and proper manner, there will be some missteps.To correct them and make AP problem free, time-to-time, he has come with this program.
CM Jagan also asked people to not hesitate and boldly come forward with their complaints.Well, this is a ground-breaking program that will help people 24/7 to get rid of issues disturbing their peace and harmony.
