Aadujeevitham is a forthcoming film directed by Blessy, based on Benyamin’s novel with the same name.The movie depicts the story of Najeeb, a Keralite migrant worker who moved away from his village to find work.
However, he ends up in Saudi Arabia, where he is forced to herd goats in the desert to survive.The film explores the theme of modern slavery and is based on a true story.

The movie has been filmed in Algeria, Jordan and India.Prithviraj had shared a few pictures from the movie’s set after the film shoot ended and had written, ’14 years, a thousand obstacles, a million challenges, three waves of a pandemic.

The film’s production was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.The cast and crew of the movie were stranded in a remote area of Wadi Rum desert in Jordan as the world went into lockdown to contain the spread of coronavirus.
They were unable to return to India for about three months.Prithviraj and the rest of the crew flew back to India from Amman in May 2020, via a repatriation flight that was arranged by the Indian government.
According to director Blessy, Aadujeevitham is more than just a movie – it’s a real-life account of someone’s existence.The story follows a migrant worker who dreams of a better life, only to be trapped in modern slavery.Blessy acknowledges that it’s tragic that innocent people are often exploited, but what inspired him to work on the film for the past nine years was the incredible resilience of the human spirit.Despite the immense challenges, the protagonist, Najeeb, managed to hold on to what he held sacred and persevered through the hardship.
Amala Paul also stars in Aadujeevitham.Oscar Award winner AR Rahman has composed the music for the movie.
However, the makers have yet to announce the release date of Aadujeevitham.
