New Delhi, Sep 12 : The National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted raids at 60 sites across India at the properties belonging to the gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Kala Jathedi, Bambaiya and Kaushal Chaudhary in connection with the most recent cases filed against them.The raids began at around 6:00 am on Monday morning.
The NIA officials were slack when they were contacted.
The NIA was considering taking the possibility of taking action against big gangsters like Bishnoi, Kapil Sangwan and Neeraj Bawana and their associates.
The Union Home Ministry had asked the NIA to dismantle their entire network because they had been involved in murders targeted at a specific target and acting as terrorists.
Recently, the NIA had made a dossier and sought permission from the ministry of home to take actions against these groups.
Gangsters of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh were under the radar of the NIA since the time.
“They have been involved in targeted killings and are influencing youth to join their groups,” NIA source said in reading the dossier.
The NIA had planned to eliminate the entire network of the gangsters from the NCR.There were names of approximately ten to twelve gangsters in the NIA list of those against whom action was taken.
Prior to that the Special Cell and state police were examining their cases to get them out of the way.The NIA is investigating these cases.
Neeraj Bawana and Lawrence Bishnoi are arch rivals in the criminal world.After the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Singh Moosewala, Bawana had stated that they would take revenge.
Gangsters who operate gangs in the capital city of India have apparently created two mahagathbandhans to manage their crime syndicates efficiently.They are attempting to set the foundation of a pan India network.
In the gangsters’ Mahagathbandhan the group A is of Neeraj Bawana.”In Neeraj Bawana’s mahagatbandhan there are Saurabh who is known as Gaurav Suvegh Singh, alias Sibbu, Subham Baliyan, Rakesh alias Raka, Irfan alias Chhenu, Ravi Gangwal and Rohit Chaudhary, as well as Davinder Bambiha Gang,” the source claimed.
Lawrence Bishnoi’s Gathbandhan includes Sandeep Aalias Kala Jatehdi Kapil Sangwan who goes by Nandu, Rohit Moi, Deepak Boxer, Prince Tewtia, Rajesh Bawania, and the gangster Ashok Pradhan.
The Mahagathbandhan of Gangsters has caused chaos in many states , and they are also engaging in fights between gangs.
The Home Ministry was keeping an eye on their activities following which they held meetings in New Delhi with the Special Cell, NIA officials and IB officers.It was concluded that the gangs had been acting in the manner of terrorist groups.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah was not pleased and was reported to have directed the NIA to investigate the issue and if it was possible initiate fresh cases in order to shut down their activities.After receiving a nod, the NIA is now geared up to eliminate the networks of these criminals.
