“Of the 300,000 soldiers in the Peshmerga Army more than 20,000 have suffered from various types of “war injuries” grave or of permanent nature, but not fatal. My task is to create an outline of how to restore these 20,000 war veterans and enable them to live normal lives.” Dr.Mahajan spoke to IANS from Erbil.

He discovered that the soldiers were suffering from amputations or partial loss of the limbs and head traumas Genitals, minor or major issues of skin blood circulation and respiratory issues, etc.

He states that stem cells perform ‘like the power of a miracle’ in skin, sensory organs nerve system tissues, musculoskeletal system and pulmonary or circulatory tissues and testicles, genitals, patients of acute radiation syndrome, and the development of biosensors that are novel.

“Stem therapy for cells has been beneficial to a large number of patients from all over the globe, not just in India as it can treat a variety of illnesses quickly, safely, and permanently , without any issues for all patients” Dr.Mahajan asserted.

The 62-year old scientist has envisioned the Peshmerga Hospital (being constructed by Germany) as the center for the vast treatments protocols, and the training of civilian and army medics who will then spread out and offer the treatments to wounded soldiers in other locations in their mountains.

“I plan to bring in the expertise and personnel from my Mumbai hospital, as well as the latest technology as well as equipment from Europe or the USA and educate local Kurdistan medical personnel.

The entire setup will be in place within a year, and the complete treatment of the survivors could be completed in 8-10 years” he said, in the process of putting on an ‘avatar’ of the present of the famous Dr.Dwarkanath Kotnis.
