Mumbai 11 August : “Love In Ukraine’ director Nitin Kumar Gupta discusses the latest music video , ‘Rakshabandhan which tells the story of two siblings who were separated during their childhood days.He composed, directed, and also performed in the video.
The song was composed by Shadab Akhtar and performed by Rani Indrani Sharma.
Nitin discusses the track made on a luxurious cruise vessel: “It was during a recce trip to my forthcoming action film “Cruise” that the concept of the music video sparked me.It’s my first music video that is not a film.The lyrics writer Shadab Akhtar came up with some extremely touching lines which inspired me to write the song in an entirely traditional style and style of instrumentation.”
“Rani Indrani Sharma sang the song with an amazing comprehension that made the emotion of each line shine through.The French-Algerian model Abir Benchaa as well as the child actor Kristine were a joy to work with.”
In the field of work, Nitin is busy with his forthcoming film ‘L.A.C’.On the subject, he says: “We have screened the film to the army panel , and we have hopes that they be supportive of the film that showcases the courage and sacrifices of our border troops in dangerous terrain and weather conditions.”
