Patna 7 Aug : The principal opposition party in Bihar, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) believes that the recent actions against the Congress by the Central agencies will benefit the grand old party.According to RJD The BJP that has adopted its slogan of “Congress Mukt Bharat” is also giving space for the Congress to revive its power.
RJD vice-president Shivanand Tiwari says, “The method in which the government machinery was employed to block pre-scheduled programs of the Congress party, this situation has not occurred in the country after independence.The way that the police were deployed in the home of Sonia Gandhi, the manner in which it interacted with Rahul Gandhi as well as other Congress leaders, and even forcibly prevented them from participating in protests and all of it is attributed to the murder of democracy.”
“In democracy, each political party is entitled to protest against government policies,” Tiwari says.
“BJP government has been celebrating ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ as well as launching the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign in the country, but that’s not the case.

Jha declares, “We were on the route to the Raj Bhawan to deliver an application to Governor Phagu Chauhan, but the police were preventing us from marching.The police did not enforce section 144.that was imposed in the areas selected by us for our protest march.We haven’t violated the Covid protocol either.It is difficult to comprehend why Patna Police stopped us for the protest against inflation.”
“We are not scared of the BJP or JD(U).Our struggle against Narendra Modi’s government will go on and we will organize demonstrations in the near future too,” he adds.
Like Congress other political parties are returning to their political strength because of the investigation agencies.
On July 31st Arun Singh the national secretary of BJP announced an alliance with JD(U) not only until 2025, but in 2029.To this the JD(U) national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh stated that his primary concern is not to form an alliance with the BJP or any other political party.
“We are currently working on strengthening the structure of organisation of the party.We will then we will think of an alliance with any political group.
An alliance with the BJP is a possible option of the near future,” Lalan Singh said.
The political analysts think that the BJP intends to remain in the power in Bihar until the 2024 Lok Sabha election.
