Los Angeles, Aug 5 : Machine Gun Kelly’s tour bus was attacked with graphic images and homophobic slur in advance of his concert in Nebraska.According to Page Six the photos that circulated online revealed that the ‘Emo ‘ singer’s red vehicle was identified with the words “Rap Devil Fa-t” on one side of it in yellow paint, and an image of an enormous penis dancing on the other side of the vehicle.
A Omaha Police spokesperson said that there haven’t been any arrests made, however, there is a current investigation into the incident.
“An official report has been produced and will be assigned to the detective to investigation,” the public information officer said.
The Omaha Police officer adds that the bus was returned to its normal state because “all of the spray paint was easily removed and there was no permanent damage to the tour bus”.
MGK who’s real name is Colson Baker took to his Instagram Stories to address the incident.
“You’re too dumb,” he said, shaking his head as he lay in the bed.
“You have spray-painted a bus, thinking it was your bus.Wrong bus, you f*****’ idiot.Start the first portion of the crime correctly.”
It is not clear at this point whether charges will be filed, however the PIO stated that it was the bus leasing company, Russel Coach Company, to decide whether they would like to file charges, as per Page Six.
“Technically because they control the car, it will be up to them if they wish to press charges or not,” the officer says.
“When the case is assigned to one of our detectives, they will reach out to Russel Coach Company and if they choose not to pursue for charges, the case will not be pursued further.”
The incident occurred in front of the CHI Health Center Omaha, which is where Kelly will perform in just a few hours. It is not clear whether he will make it to the stage.
On Wednesday, Kelly showed off his colorful collection of tour buses in his Instagram Stories.
He proudly wrote on the video, “Taking the power rangers to OMAHA” while he recorded a sequence of busses that were parked and painted in red, yellow blue, green, and yellow.
