There is a lot of work going on in Andhra Pradesh regarding the formation of new districts.Protests have already begun in several districts.
Officials will be reviewing objections and suggestions on the latest districts.
Authorities received 1478 objections and views from all districts combined.
The highest number of 700 objections was received in Anantapur district.Srikakulam district received the lowest number of 16 appeals, officials said.
Review meetings will be held with collectors of all 13 districts till the 28th of this month.
Orders were issued to hold meetings in Tirupati, Vijayawada, Anantapur and Visakhapatnam.
A meeting with Krishna, West Godavari, Prakasam and Guntur district collectors will be held on the 23rd in Vijayawada.A meeting with Chittoor, Nellore and Kadapa District Collectors will be held on the 24th in Tirupati.
A meeting with the District Collector of Anantapur and Kurnool will be held on the 26th in Anantapur.
The committee set up by the state government to look into objections to the formation of new districts includes the planning secretary, CCLA secretary and district collectors.
The committee will study the objections and suggestions of the people.The committee decides on appeals from the public after considering all the factors.
