Usgs: Japan’s Izu Islands Are Hit By A 5.5 Magnitude Earthquake

Hong Kong, Nov 30, : .A magnitude of 5.5 earthquake jolted the Izu Islands, Japan at 06:53 GMT Tuesday, according to the US Geological Survey.
According to Xinhua news agency, the epicentre, which has a depth 7.86 km, was originally determined to be at 31.2289 degrees North latitude and 142.4773 degree East longitude.
