Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said that the TRS govt is emphasizing more on the development of handloom weavers.He said that he would soon meet the senior leaders of the party and discuss issues in the handloom sector.“We will discuss all the issues thoroughly and take appropriate decisions.Also, we are going to implement an insurance scheme similar to the ‘Ryth Bandhu’ for the handloom community,” KCR said.
Also, KCR made it clear that the TRS govt will give political prominence to the leaders of the handloom community.He said he would continuously strive for development in Telangana.
The CM recalled that Telangana is the third richest state.The Telangana state government is taking steps to support all sections of the state.
Speaking on this occasion, CM KCR opined that the upcoming insurance scheme for handloom workers would help thousands of families in Telangana.
KCR said that thousands of crores of rupees, which the govt acquired from the sale of lands, will be used for the betterment of all sections of the people of Telangana.
Recently, KCR formally invited former TTDP president L Ramana into TRS at Telangana Bhavan.
