AP High court has granted bail to TDP leader Dhulipalla Narendra, who was arrested in the Sangam Dairy case.Recently, the Andhra Pradesh High Court granted him conditional bail.
Along with him, the AP High court granted bail to Sangam Dairy MD Gopalakrishnan.
The High Court ordered both Dhulipalla Narendra and MD Gopalakrishnan not to leave Vijayawada.
It also directed both of them to co-operate in the ACB investigation.The High Court directed the ACB to give 24 hours’ prior notice before the trial of the culprits.
Sangam Dairy MD Gopalakrishnan was arrested along with the TDP leader Dhulipalla Narendra under the irregularities in the Sangam Dairy case.ACB officials arrested Dhulipalla Narendra on April 23 under the irregularity charges in the Sangam Dairy case.
ACB officials arrested him at Chintalapudi in the Ponnur zone of Guntur district.
ACB officials have registered cases against Dhulipalla Narendra under various sections.
ACB has registered cases against Dhulipalla Narendra under Sections 408, 409, 418, 420, 465, 471, 120B, and Red with 34.ACB has issued notices to Dhulipalla Narendra’s wife under Section 50 (2) of the CRPC.However, TDP chief Chandrababu alleged that Dhulipalla Narendra has been arrested intentionally by the ACB as per the directives of AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy.
