Telugustop has already reported that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film Khaidi No.150 fetched a record 13.50cr from the theatrical rights of Overseas markets.One of the leading distribution companies from USA, Classics Entertainments owns the distribution rights in overseas for this prestigious 150th film of Megastar.
Now the buzz in trade world says that, Classics Entertainments not just bought Khaidi No.150 but also bagged Ram Charan’s Dhruva overseas rights in the same deal.If reports are to be believed, the distribution company has paid 21cr for acquiring both Khaidi No.150 and Dhruva.While 13.50cr was spent for Chiranjeevi’s film, 7.50cr was spent for the Ram Charan starrer.So, the father and son have made a joint deal with the distributors
Khaidi No.150 is directed by VV Vinayak and has been confirmed for January 13, 2017 release.On the flip side, Dhruva, which has been postponed from October 7, is yet to find a new release date.
However, our sources say that the latter would arrive in first half of December.
