Income Tax Department officials raided on the assets of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kartar Singh and unearthed Rs.One Crore cash and jewellery along with some important documents from his brother.Kartar Singh also had unaccounted income of Rs.One Hundred and Thirty Five Crores income.
Income Tax officials probed into the documents and assets on benami properties along with unaccounted marriage expenses, construction of mall and residential apartments.In the raids, it was noticed that the houses in Chattarpur and Ghitorni were not paid with registration fees and stamp duty on land transactions.
