Let us now find out which country owes most of its GDP.Japan tops the list.Japan has a debt of 256.9 percent of GDP.Sudan is the second largest country in the world with a debt of 209.9 percent of GDP.Greece owes 206.7 per cent of its GDP, while Eritrea owes 175.1 per cent of its GDP, while Cape Verde owes 160.7 per cent of its GDP, followed by Italy at 154.8 per cent.Suriname has a debt of 140.6 per cent of GDP, Barbados 138.3 per cent, Maldives 137.9 per cent and Singapore 137.2 per cent.The United States accounts for 133.3 per cent of its GDP, followed by India at 90.6 per cent, Pakistan at 83.4 per cent and China at 68.9 per cent.
