As a part of building a smart city, Loo cafes are going to have more facilities.
Loo Cafes, which are modern-day stylish toilets, have got a good response from the people of Warangal.
Accordingly, the Municipal Corporation of Warangal is going to add more Loo Cafes to the smart city, Warangal.These Loo Cafes will have many facilities like toilet blocks with hand wash facilities, café or caretaker room, baby-feeding or diaper-changing rooms in each unit for men and women separately.
Not only that, each Loo Cafe will have a bit of green space and landscaping as well.In addition to the previous three Loo cafes, GWMC has built three more Loo cafes recently at the District Collectorate Subedari, Old-Bus depot and NIT centre.
According to the officials, the use of toilets for the public is free, and each Loo Café costs Rs 16 lakhs.
GWMC commissioner Pamela Satpathy has urged the people to use these Loo Cages and keep the city clean.
These Loo Cafes have constructed with state-of-the-art technology, and each café has corporate-level lighting, two she toilets, two men’s toilets, two bathrooms, a spacious washbasin and a baby-feeding room.Also, these Loo Cafes are handed- over to some Transgenders as a part of providing dignity to them.
