Builder community says the single window reforms process makes easy permissions for construction activity.
The TRS government has come up with another progressive policy in building approval system, which according to KTR, is a benchmark in the country.
The government has recently launched Telangana State Building Permission Approval and Self Certification System (TS-bPASS), which is a single-window reforms process, to make the construction activity much better.
The TS-bPASS is going to add perfection with other reforms introduced in the Revenue Department, such as Dharani.
Unveiling the TS-bPASS at a programme, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao said K Chandrasekhar Rao has always believed in bringing in new laws and reforms for the betterment of the people of the State.He also said the new policies like these would make sure corruption-free in Telangana.
Builders community has also expressed happiness over the TS-bPASS and said it is going to be the model-building approvals system globally.The officials from the Builders community said, Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) Hyderabad asked the State government for such a policy, and now, it has come into shape.
Also, the builder community requested the government to link TS-bPASS with RERA registrations to save developers’ time, and KTR is said to be responded positively.
