Superstar Rajinikanth is set to make a special appearance in the upcoming Telugu film called “Laal Salaam,” directed by his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth and produced by Lyca Productions.In the meantime, Rajinikanth recently spotted praying at Annamalaiyar temple during film shoot in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.
Pictures of the actor’s temple visit have surfaced on social media, showing him dressed casually in a plain t-shirt and pants, without any extravagant outfit or accessories.A crowd gathered at the temple to catch a glimpse of the superstar during his visit.It was during this shoot that Rajinikanth visited the temple for his daughter’s film, “Laal Salaam.”
Aishwarya Rajinikanth, known for her directorial debut “3” starring Dhanush and “Vai Raja Vai,” is now working on her latest project, “Laal Salaam,” in which she has brought her father on board for a cameo appearance.The film also features Vishnu and Vikranth in lead roles, with music composed by AR Rahman.Although the release date is yet to be announced, “Laal Salaam” is scheduled to hit the screens sometime this year.
Prior to the temple visit, Rajinikanth spent nearly a week in Mumbai for the film’s shoot.He even had the opportunity to work with legendary cricketer Kapil Dev, who reportedly has a role in the film.

Rajinikanth’s previous film, “Annaatthe,” in which he portrayed a caring brother, received a positive response at the box office despite mixed reviews.Currently, the actor is busy filming “Jailer,” directed by Nelson Dilipkumar.Tamannaah is expected to appear in flashback scenes only.The movie also stars Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, and Ramya Krishnan.“Jailer” is set to release on August 10 this year.
