The 15-year-old has scored the highest school cricket score and has broken Armaan Jaffer’s Harris Shield record of 498 runs.Armaan also held the Harris Shield record of 476 runs in the finals last year which has also been broken now.
Prithvi scored 546 with 85 fours and 5 sixes facing 330 balls .This is the third top score in all forms of cricket (Internationally) whereas this score stands 1st in Indian cricket History.
Last season, Prithvi was sent to England for an exchange programme.This helped his game enormously.
The boy scored close to 1,500 runs there — he averaged 85 with the bat — and took 65 wickets.Although he has four double centuries in junior cricket, his innings of 174 in the 2012 Harris Shield final is regarded as his finest knock.
