According to recent reports, Nitesh Tiwari is working on a film about the Hindu epic Ramayana.

In this film, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are expected to portray the roles of Ram and Sita.

Despite the similarities between the two projects, Om Raut has shared his good wishes for Nitesh and believes that the more films made on the Ramayana, the better.

In an interview with India Today, Om Raut praised Nitesh Tiwari as a talented filmmaker and his work on movies like “Dangal.” He stated that he is eagerly looking forward to Nitesh’s film, just like any devotee of Lord Ram would.According to Om Raut, it is crucial to have multiple films on the Ramayana, as it is an integral part of India’s history and culture.He emphasized the importance of telling this epic story to as many people as possible.

Regarding Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, reports suggest that Alia Bhatt was initially considered for the role of Sita but couldn’t commit due to scheduling conflicts.However, as the film’s production got delayed, Nitesh and producer Madhu Mantena have now decided to cast Alia as Sita.

Both Alia and Ranbir Kapoor, who is set to play the character of Lord Ram, are said to be excited about the project.Recently, they were spotted at Nitesh Tiwari’s office, adding fuel to the rumors.

On the other hand, “Adipurush,” directed by Om Raut and starring Prabhas as Raghava and Kriti Sanon as Janaki, has received a blockbuster reception at the box office.The film has reportedly earned ₹240 crore globally in just two days.The production banner T-Series announced the film’s success on social media, mentioning the overwhelming response from audiences worldwide.
