Naga Chaitanya Discusses ‘custody’ With Police Constables, And Easily Completes Police Training!

Naga Chaitanya’s new movie, “Custody,” is set to be released on May 12, 2023, and to promote it, Chay interacted with police constables in Hyderabad.In the film, he plays the role of a low-ranking police officer, and during the discussion, a constable praised him for taking on the role, which is not common in movies.

Chay expressed his excitement about the film and his character, stating that the role has not been explored much in recent times.He talked about how constables are new to the job and have the responsibility to bring about positive change and shape the future.

During the interaction, another constable shared his experience of how Naga Chaitanya’s film ‘Tadakha’ helped him recover from a brain injury.He appreciated the character Sunil played by Chaitanya, a police officer who was severely beaten by villains but regained his fearlessness.

The constable had suffered a bike accident a year earlier, resulting in a blood clot in his brain and loss of his ability to speak.After watching the film, he felt inspired and made progress in his recovery.

During the interaction, a police constable challenged Chay to complete the rigorous police training, which he effortlessly accomplished.He was then challenged to perform thirty push-ups, which he did without apparent difficulty.

“Custody” is said to be an action-packed film, with Arvind Swamy as the antagonist and Krithi Shetty in a supporting role.The storyline revolves around a criminal lifestyle, with the leads engaging in a cat-and-mouse game.

The film’s music will be composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, and cinematography duties will be handled by SR Kathir.Not much has been revealed about the storyline till now.
