Kanak Garg is a newcomer in the film industry who is making her debut in the film "UnWoman" directed by Pallavi Roy.The production company Hashtag Films LLP has produced the film UnWoman, with Gunjan Goel as the producer and Susheel Sharman and Shalmali Prakash as co-producers.

It is based on the concept of love and LGBTQ+.

In an interview with the Free Press Journal, Kanak shared about her background.She was born in Jodhpur but raised in many cities.

She completed her bachelors degree from Delhi University and moved to Mumbai for her masters degree.While studying, she started fashion modeling and has done many modeling assignments.

When asked about her role in "UnWoman," Kanak said that she educated herself on gender sexuality and the LGBTQ+ community.She asked why a female was chosen for the role instead of more representation.

The casting directors had their own valid reasons, and it was difficult to find someone during the middle of the pandemic.She also shared that Pallavi Roy, the director, helped her a lot with her acting skills.
