Finally, the most awaited MAA elections 2021 was concluded.Manchu Vishnu has won as the President of the Movie Artist Association (MAA).
He won by a majority of 106 votes over Prakash Raj.
The Manchu Vishnu panel won 10 EC members and the Prakash Raj panel won 8 EC members.However, Raghubabu won the election from the Manchu Vishnu panel as General Secretary, Madala Ravi as Vice President, Gautam Raju as Joint Secretary and Shivabalaji as Treasurer.
From the Prakash Raj panel, Srikanth won as Executive Vice President, Banerjee as Vice President and Uttej as Joint Secretary.
Power star Pawan Kalyan was the first to cast his vote in the ‘MAA’ election.
Later, many Tollywood celebrities cast their vote.
Chiranjeevi, Ramcharan and Balakrishna exercised their right to vote respectively.Many film personalities including Akhil, Nagarjuna, Naresh, Saikumar, Shivaji Raja, Rajasekhar, Sudigali Sudheer, Jayaprada, Roja, Rashi Khanna, Anupama Parameswaran, Mehreen, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas, Bandla Ganesh, Kota Srinivas, Nagababu, Tarun, and Sudheer Babu cast their votes.
A total of 605 MAA members exercised the right to vote out of 883 members.Genelia came from Mumbai to Hyderabad to cast her vote in the ‘MAA’ election.
